Indie has been running her own outdoor company for 15 years and has many years experience running D of E expeditions both in the Uk and Abroad. Indie is a member of BAIML (British Association of International Mountain Leaders) which is a professional association whose members follow a code of conduct. She was the President of BAIML from 2003-2006.
